I started working with Aaron on the advice of a friend of mine who happens to be a realtor. My friend knew I was facing imminent foreclosure on an investment property that I owned and that I was at wit’s end. I was extremely skeptical at first and it wasn’t until after I sat down with Aaron that my comfort level reached a point where I formally engaged his services. And boy am I glad I did! There is no way possible I would have achieved a short sale without Aaron and his team running the show. My short sale was especially difficult because it involved an investment property, failed partnership, and Fannie Mae, who kept changing the rules as we went along.
