The 3-Hour Short Sale!

 Short sales can largely depend on the workload of the negotiator handling the file.  In this case, we were working on an FHA short sale, that was originally listed in a difficult time of year (November).  The appraisal was done very quickly (within a few days of being set-up with the short sale lender), and once we had the value, a buyer came on board within about a week.

We structured the offer according to the FHA guidelines and had the short sale approval within 3 hours!
